Add support for Limit Orders on Sovryn (RSK chain and RBTC)

Recently Sovryn launched limit orders at their dApp site https://live.sovryn.app/spot Unfortunately the Liquality wallet is not supported as noted on their wiki page: https://wiki.sovryn.app/en/sovryn-dapp/limit-order-limitations#wallet-compatibility Is this already on the roadmap? Please support :) #3091
